SHIPPING

Due to the busy sales period, delivery times may take a little longer. We apologize for the inconvenience - please note the goods are shipping from our main warehouse in Germany and therefore shipping can take up to 10 working days from time of order. 

All of our products are carefully checked for quality before shipment.

Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In the table below you will find the delivery times, costs, partners and options that we offer you. Please note we ship these items in to the UK when you place your order - delivery duty paid. This means you do not have any additional import costs when delivering your parcel.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend or an (official) holiday will be processed on the first subsequent working day (please bear in mind we are unable to ship any items between Christmas & New Year due to courier closures). Any orders placed during this time will be shipped the next available day.  If we are unable to dispatch your goods within the standard time window during normal working days, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes (product, size, colour, shipping address). 

Track Order

You also always have the option of placing your order(s) via My Account track. Anytime, 24/7.

You can find the tracking number for your order in the Dispatch Confirmation email we send you when your order leaves our warehouse. You will also receive tracking information directly from UPS.

Damaged delivery

Every order that we ship from our warehouse is carefully checked.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service.

Before accepting your delivery, please check the box and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. 

 

It is normal for the box to show some wear, but if the damage is significant then we ask that you do the following:

- For minor damage, please accept the package and note the damage on the delivery note, sign and date it.

    - If the box looks badly damaged, you can refuse your order. In these circumstances, please contact us immediately.

    When you contact our customer service team, please have your order number, item number, and tracking number (all of this information is included in your shipping confirmation email), as well as your email address and phone number.
